Abstract Pelvic Congestion Syndrome (PCS) and hemorrhoids are two conditions linked to venous insufficiency, frequently coexisting due to their shared underlying vascular pathologies. This article reviews their correlation, diagnostic approaches, and current treatment options, with a focus on emerging therapies like radiofrequency and laser treatments. The future of treatment, guided by advancements in diagnostics and minimally invasive therapies, presents new opportunities for addressing these conditions effectively.
