Any person aged 18 or older is eligible to be a member who meets the following qualifications (the "membership qualifications") may be entitled to apply for membership subject to any further provisions in these rules: Medical Student, Doctor, First Aider, Physician Associates, Advanced nurse practitioners, Nurses, First Aiders, Biologist and Psychologist.
The signatories to these Rules are the first members of the Association.
An applicant for membership must submit a signed and dated application form to the Secretary stating:
(a). the applicant's name, address and date of birth;
(b). that the applicant has been given and has read a copy of these Rules, supports the object(s) of the Association and agrees to be bound by the Rules immediately upon admission to membership;
(c). the applicant's consent to the holding of relevant data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Until an applicant is approved for membership, he is not entitled to any of the privileges of the Association.
The Executive Committee, or any sub-committee to which the Executive Committee delegate s uch power, decides all applications for membership.
Commitee have the full right to annul any membership Qualification for membership
